Terms and Conditions

1) Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Magnumaticks Ltd. services and products available at magnumaticks.com. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional agreements presented at checkout.

2) Services

We provide analytics, advisory, and related professional services. Booking a service represents a contract to deliver expertise within an agreed timeframe.

Services may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
If a service is cancelled within 24 hours of delivery time, fees are non-refundable due to resource allocation.
Refunds for services already performed are not available. If a service was not delivered as agreed, you may request a partial refund or reschedule, subject to review.

3) Digital Products

Digital downloads and access-based products include reports, analytics dashboards, and templates.

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access is granted, due to their intangible and irrevocable nature.
If a technical issue prevents access or file corruption occurs, we will provide replacement files at no cost.
Refunds are only possible if you have not yet downloaded or accessed the digital product and submit a request within 7 days of purchase.

4) Physical Goods

Occasionally, we may provide physical items such as printed reports, branded materials, or merchandise.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving returned goods.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective.
Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable, except where legally required.

5) Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days, using the same payment method originally provided. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

6) Limitations of Liability

Magnumaticks Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products, except where prohibited by applicable law.

7) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
